We respect your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect when you order and how we look after it.

2. What we collect
- The details you give us when you order: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery area and address, delivery date, notes, and what you ordered.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp.
- Basic technical information (like your IP address) that our website host records for security.
We do not collect or store your card details.
3. Why we need it
We use your information to confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to keep the records the law requires, such as for tax. We do not sell your information. We will not send you marketing messages unless you agree to them.
4. Who can see it
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website and stores our orders.
- WhatsApp, when we chat with you.
- Anyone who helps us deliver your order. They only get your name, number and address.
- A payment provider, if we start offering online payments. They handle your payment details themselves.

Cloudflare and WhatsApp may store information on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect information properly.
5. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal duties, and generally up to 5 years for tax purposes. After that we delete them. Our website uses HTTPS, and the admin area is protected by a password. If your information is ever put at risk, we will tell you and the Information Regulator.
6. Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only the admin login uses a cookie. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address.
7. Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law), or object to how we use it. Just contact us using the details above. If you are not happy, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za. You must be 18 or older to order, or order together with a parent or guardian.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Your orders are also covered by our Terms and Conditions.
